Document and certificate attestation which have been certified with conformant accepted for legal use in all the nations that have signed the Hague convention documents that are attested by the authorized under secretaries of the state home Department or equivalent authorities approved by the ministry of foreign affairs (MOFA) Pakistan but the Documents to complete the process of attestation. Degree attestation from Saudi embassy and degree attestation from Saudi culture and certificates attestation are required by the officially use. Increasingly globalized economy and technology, greater demand for communication skilled today have increasing opportunities. One needs to ensure that the certificate attestation procedures are followed attestation procedure. All attestation procedure depends on the type of the certificate. The document has to be attested by Govt. of Pakistan. It has departments to take care of certificate attestation procedures i.e. Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). Documents can be divided into three categories. Educational Certificates These are the certificates obtained from school and college like SSLC/10th/CBSE, PDC/+2/HSC, Degree certificates like B.A, B.sc, B.com, B.Tech, BE, BBA, CA, MBBS, Post graduate certificates like MA, Msc, Mcom, MBA, MCA and other Diploma, Nursing and ITI certificates.
Non-Educational Certificates:
This includes marriage and birth certificates, affidavit, transfer and leaving certificates, medical, death, divorce, experience and provisional certificates.
Educational Certificates:
This includes degree attestation from Saudi embassy, degree attestation from Saudi embassy, degree and document attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs etc.
Supporting documents has to be submitted along with the above mentioned documents for attestation. Some of the supporting documents are mark lists, transcripts, registration, selection letter, passport copy, photo etc.
Attestation is done When you present a legal document in foreign country (if you are going to foreign) related to official work, schools, colleges, university and other Government related sectors it is very difficult to determine whether the document is genuine and legal and therefore overseas governments sometimes need proof that the Indian documents ,documents and certificates which you hold is a genuine and not fake, or the signatures of Pakistani officials on documents, are genuine before they will accept them. Attestation is universal whether you come from Sri Lanka, America or India. It is the verification of the document. In the attestation / legalization process your documents passes through various level of department to confirm that this document is genuine.
